On Sunday, September 9th at 12 noon, everyone is invited to mix, mingle and munch after the first morning of religious school classes as Or Shalom hosts its annual Back to School/Back to Shul outdoor celebration. Congregants, prospective families, students, parents and synagogue leaders will gather on the lawn for a BBQ lunch. Look for a moonbounce for the kids, hot dogs with all the fixings for everyone, plus a chance to catch up with friends after the long summer months. This is also a great opportunity for prospective families to “check us out” before the rush of the High Holidays. Alert the office or our Education Director, Na’ama Yarden, if you know of a family with children that are searching for a religious school and shul.
